Our terms and conditions
According to a new EU-law from 2018, we need all our customers to approve that personal information, such as address and social security number is being saved in our register. This concerns both new and existing customers.
We use traditional auctions, with the possibility to place bids beforehand online until 12 o´clock noon on auction day. At noon the auction starts in our auction hall and to be able to place bids then, you have to be present. Since we offer our customers to look and examine all the items during the viewing before the auction, it is not possible to withdraw any placed bids. All bids are binding regardless of if bidding was done online or physically in the auction hall. It is your own responsibility if you want to place any online bids on unseen items.
Photos and information that we post online about items is just ment to be guiding for the customers, not to show the condition. It is your own responsibility to examine the items. You are of course welcome to give us a call if you have any questions. All items are being sold in their current condition. When placing a bid in our hall during auction, please show your number clearly to avoid any misunderstandings.
Payment for a winning bid has to be done within the date specified on the invoice. Payment has to be done before or when the items are being picked up at the auction hall, and before we can ship to you. You can pay here by cash, creditcard or Swish.
If the invoice is not paid on time, we cooperate with Profina Inkasso that helps us collect the payment. In this case we will add an administrative fee of 500 SEK. If the invoice exceeds 1000 SEK, we will add an additional fee of 10%.
Won bids has to be picked up within 10 days after auction. After 10 days we will add a storage fee of 40 SEK per day. This also applies to goods thai is being shipped. Please let us know as soon as possible after auction if you want us to ship your winnings. It is not possible for us to give you the exact price for shipping before the goods has been packed. After goods is packed we compare prices between Post Nord, Bussgods and Schenker to give you the cheapest possible price. You will then receive a separate invoice for shipping plus a package-fee of 60 SEK within Sweden. For shipments to other countries the package-fee is 100 SEK because of the additional time it takes to fill out the customs documents.
